Loved our stay at The Stones Hotel! A BIG thank you to Cania, Adi, Dody, The Pirate (😁), Ade, Tita, Yenti, the room service staff, security staff and all the other wonderful staff of the hotel! We absolutely had a beautiful time staying with you and will definitely be back! The hotel was very clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Huge property with strict security measures. Large breakfast selection and plenty of pool lounges. We loved the iceypole on arrival, in place of a standard welcome drink. Check in was for 3pm. We arrived just prior to 3pm, but could not access our room until 4pm, so sat around for an hour in the heat, waiting. Room was clean with free minibar and fruit basket, which was a lovely touch. I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and reception staff were extremely helpful with arranging immediate transport to the hospital. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful resort, huge pool with a swim up bar & lots of lounges. If you can extend the budget to a room with balcony & bath overlooking the pool then do that. Staff all super friendly & very attentive. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were all lovely, helpful, very approachable and friendly. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Reasonably priced laundry service. Close to a variety of other dining options, taxis and other transport at doorstep daily. Close to shopping, Melasti Markets, across the road from the beach. One negative was the spa in the pool could do with a scrub around the edges however the rest of the pool area was wonderful. Would come again.

The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

Ended up getting Bali belly and only thing different I ate was at the resort. Talking to a few other guest and they had got it too. Thinking the food standards of the resort may not be inline with their hospitality

This hotel was amazing! I couldn’t say enough about the hotel, the staff and the time we had there. The rooms were always stocked and clean, the staff always at attention to assist and always willing to offer recommendation for where to go and what to do. It is a quiet neighbourhood, less party spot but is very calm and safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone possible and will be back. I miss it already.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Never felt so welcome at a hotel before. The cleanliness and the attention to detail is second to none. I just met the staff and I already feel like family! I couldn’t asked for a better safe, clean, friendly, and great tasting food might I add from a hotel.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.

Although a five star accomodation the disparity among the rooms for servicing i.e. the things meant to be in the rooms. Friends room had fruit that was pretty awful, We had chocolates that looked amazing but were filled with bugs and my daughters room had neither. I know its just little things but it was 5star with a 5 star cost. The hotel itself wa very clean and the staff were amazing.

Stayed four nights. This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff was phenomenal and I was super impressed by day two many knew my by name. On my last day I'd been on a tour and when I arrived poolside at six, a waiter asked me what I'd been up to because I'd arrived later than normal. The tub on the deck was an awesome treat as well. Only gripe, poolside drinks were *very* expensive, however happy hour 12-6 brings them down to not that badly priced. I wasn't a fan of the area in general. No safety issues. Just grew weary of constantly being asked if I need a ride or to buy a drink or... You know pick whatever. So not go there fir the beach. It is disgusting. They tell me it's a rainy season thing. But, yeah, that sucked.
