“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were genuinely kind, attentive, and friendly. The holiday decor for Christmas was magical, creating such a festive and cozy atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for planning our days and staying……

“Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”

“We booked just a couple of hours before arrival. When we arrived around 4 PM, the place was completely closed. One phone call later, the staff drove over and opened everything up for us. A magnificent place, which is clearly reflected in the photos. Dinner was served from the restaurant and drinks from the bar. Both the restaurant and the bar are nothing short of world-class quality. It’s hard not to be endlessly impressed by their dedication and hospitality — and impressed we certainly……

It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy but this is the off season of course. I highly recommend this property. ”
