「Location is perfect, fairly close to a big shopping mall. Staff was nice, but there were flies around in restaurant, which was annoying during our dinners. 」

「الفندق قديم ومحتاج الى صيانه الجدران ورق الجدران متهالك جدا عند طلب أي شي مع الاسف الاستجابة جدا جدا جدا سيئة وكثير النسيان ممكن تطلب عشر مرافحتى يجيك طلبك والفطور مع الاسف لا يستحق خمس نجوم مرة عادي الفندق وايد عليه 3 نجوم في حالته」

「I spent my birthday in the Palm hotel. Amazing hotel with great facilities . Their breakfast was also really good. So much varieties. Staff are super friendly . Highly recommended 」

「The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. 」
