“Reviews are correct, this place is awesome.”

“Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Very limited facilities, and the property is managed by only one elderly person, making service slow and inconsistent. The stay did not match the expectations created by the listing. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.”

“Very friendly owner and good atmosphere at the house !”

“Had a nice stay and the location is close to the caves and canyons in that area. It's a bit hard to find, so make sure you have the exact locations before going there. The huts are simple but nice”

“No signage made it hard to find. At first, the hosts seemed sweet and very hospitable. They gave us dinner, and breakfast was good. We even wanted to leave a big tip.But right before leaving, they suddenly demanded 222 GEL for "food and accommodation". Our room and breakfast were already prepaid via Hotels.com. “Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour ”

“Clean room and helpful staff, they speak very well and good communication.”

“Chambre parfaite.Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Accueil parfait.”

“The hotel was closed , O have asked for a refund of £139. Please can you return my money as soon as possible....paul carless”

“The room was extremely hot despite the fan being maxed out. The towels were stained and there was a funky smell ”

“Der Schein trügt. Direkt an der Hauptstraße. Baustelle nebenan. Frühstück war ok. Hatte mir aber unter Continental was anderes vorgestellt. Lieber ein Hotel in der Altstadt nehmen.”
