This location is within easy walking distance of Kyoto station and has a convenience store connected to it. The staff were attentive and helpful with questions and in requests for a taxi. The hot springs are contemporary, neat, and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay

Good location, easy to walj around high street, easy to get subways station and near to JR train main station too. Got all facilities need, hot spring bath is good, got all things need when in the changing room. Room reasonable size and clean. Good for price in good value .

Great location - a few min walking distance from Kyoto Station, wonderful onsen, and free ramen and ice cream in the evenings. The room is of a good size - clean, spacious, with a safe, comfortable bed. Wifi available throughout the hotel, not just in the room.

It’s a short walk from the Kyoto Station if one comes out from the right side of the station. Unfortunately, I came out from the other side and google map made me go a big round of 15 minutes instead. Find the exit for the taxi stand and you’ll do fine. I had booked a superior room and that gave me space to lay out my big luggage. Room decor needs a refresh but have otherwise been maintained. Same facilities and amenities as other premium dormy inn.

Great for long stays

My original room smelled of smoke despite me ordering a non-smoking room, but after bringing it up at the deskfront they easily switched my room and helped transport my luggage. Didnt try the onsen but i heard its good. My stay was short and i have tattoos whoch they dont allow, so i didnt bother trying. I wish id had a bathtub in my hotel room as well as a microwave in there, but i could easily access a microwave down the hall from my room, so i didnt really have any issues. Like my title mention, this hotel is great for long stays, but not really for short like mine. However, the location is great, makes it easy to travel, which is why i booked this hotel as my last in japan

部屋は広くて使いやすい。トイレと洗面所が別なのが良かった。夜中そばや風呂上がりのアイス、乳酸菌飲料も良かった。 ちょっと駐車場料金が高いけど、駅近だから仕方ないですね 夕方からのラウンジ利用してみたかったので、次回は是非。
