The floors are not vacuumed when cleaning. Fairly dusty. Cups were not clean and greasy when I arrived.

Standing cleaning is every two days. The area of this hotel and the transportation link is on a mother level of convenience. 4 mins away is a bus stop that can take you to gion and most of the tourist destinations.

Our stay was very good. It was close to the station. The only thing would have loved to have parking as we didn’t know parking had to be paid extra in the visit and be reserved.

The beds are extremely old and sunken in as if you are sleeping in a spoon shaped mattress due to the mattresses being old, the mattress springs poke you all night and you can’t rest or sleep, I had to sleep sitting on bed with my back against the wall. The shower curtains were filthy and had mold on them, there is no one at reception if you need help, the rooms are extremely small where you can’t bring much luggage with you as there is not enough space. I strongly suggest that you do not stay here.

Des améliorations à apporter
J'ai réservé 2 chambres pour mes parents, ma sœur et moi. Les matelas étaient très durs et les lits en "cuvette", donc difficile de dormir. Mais la difficulté principale a été que la clim de la 2e chambre ne fonctionnait pas et personne à l'accueil pour aider !
Avec des températures extérieures à 38° à 2h du matin impossible de dormir...

値段から考えると不満はありません。
ベッドも比較的大きかったので
助かりました。
なお、車で行く際はホテル前の道路
がせまいので注意が必要です。
あとはお風呂にカーテンがついて
いないので、脱衣所がびしゃびしゃに
なるのでそこは改善点かなと思います。

Hotel bom, porém a localização não era das melhores! A pé ficava muito longe das estações. Para o nosso objetivo que era turismo, ficou um pouco longe pra nós! Recepção só funciona a partir das 15h, portas sem cartão porém com código e senha, moderno! Banheiro pequeno! Não tiramos foto do hotel.

Hotel boutique muy cómodo en una zona tranquila. Ofrece todo tipo de artículos, incluso personales, durante la estancia, lo que ayuda en caso de algún imprevisto. Es muy self service, por lo que hay que considerar que no habrá mucho personal que pueda ayudar todo el tiempo.

ホテルの駐車場はなかったけど、近くにコインパーキングがあっていくつかあったので困らずに済んで良かったです。
GWの利用だった為か、廊下にリネンの袋が沢山出てて廊下は狭かった。
スタッフさんの対応は親切だったので良かったです。
アメニティはクレンジングや化粧水は無かったです。

Prima hotel voor een paar nachten Kyoto!
Goed hotel voor een paar nachten in Kyoto. Ik had wat schrik na de laatste reviews, maar dat was nergens voor nodig. De kamer was ruim genoeg voor ons 4, de bedden groter dan de meeste kamers. De matras niet van de dikste en vrij hard, maar toch prima geslapen! Alle producten waren aanwezig in de badkamer en in de hal kon je nog extra dingen nemen. We waren er voor 2 nachten en er lagen voor iedereen 2 kleine en 2 grote handdoeken klaar.
Openbaar vervoer nodig om er te geraken, maar wel lekker rustig!

今回5泊の宿泊で3名で利用させて頂きました。
到着後受付で、お部屋の掃除は2日に1回と言われました。部屋に入るとバタタオルとフェイスタオルが1日分しか用意されてなかったので、2日間同じタオルを使用する事になり、不快でした。トイレのタオルもなかったのでティッシュで拭いていました。
2日目の夜ホテルに帰宅すると部屋に排水口の臭い匂いが充満していました。原因はお風呂の排水口からでした。臭いのでお風呂に入るか迷いました。結局大量の水を流しニオイを軽減させお風呂に入りました。翌朝掃除の方に排水口の汚れを見せて掃除をお願いしてからはニオイは大丈夫でした。2日目の夜からはバスタオルは2日間分セットされていましたが、足マットは1日分しかなく、薄いタオルタイプのバスマットは3人で1日使用すればもうべちゃべちゃで2日目の使用に困りました。
ホテルのWi-Fiはかなり弱いです。音楽を聴いていると途中で止まってしまうことも多々ありました。また、コーヒーやティーパックなども廊下にあると口コミにあったのですが、どの階にも全くなかったです。
電子レンジが各階にあるのですが、部屋のドアとドアの間に設置されており、ここの部屋の方たちは嫌だろうなぁと思いました。使う方も気を遣いあまり使えませんでした。
部屋の掃除はあまり綺麗ではありませんでした。壁には食べ物あとのシミが何箇所かにあり、拭けば取れる感じのものだったので、掃除が出来ていないのだろうと感じました。ホコリなどもありました。
部屋の下駄箱もテープがはられ使えなくなっていました。
良かったところはと考えましたが…。
同じ値段を出すなら別のところに行くかなぁと思いました。
