"The location is the key here. The hotel is on a hill with a clear view of Pitons. The restaurant, the bar area right next to one of the pools, most hotel rooms offer a great view of the mountains and the town below. The proprty reminds me of Santorini, with steps carved onto the hill as you walk between hotel areas, rooms, etc. The room we stayed in had a balcony with a great view and a sitting area with wide sliding door. A great room."

"If you are looking for a little gem between Soufrière and Marigot Bay, this is it. Quiet for those looking for less tourists but still want to explore. Owner/proprietor does everything herself, from cooking to cleaning with the help of one staff. Meals made to order. Pizza night was awesome. Local beer always available. Views are breathtaking and should not be missed. We rented a car; would recommend using taxis and meeting them at the bottom of the hill."

"some Palm trees rounded up the view to the beach, it is very calm there, no cars, recommendation to join the Marigot beach resort in the after season, relax or make some tours around the island, by boot or car. If you not so fit, request a stay at a lower part, otherwise some steps are there for good exercise to reach the room, smile."

"This property was perfect for us. We were a group of 5 women who have been friends since elementary school celebrating a big birthday. The house was perfect for us as we each had a bedroom, the Polaris gave us access to nearby restaurants and the beach as well as exploring the neighborhood. Nigel was wonderful driving us when we we needed to go to the grocery store, etc. and keeping us informed. We were happy we hadn’t rented a car as the roads are terrible and unmarked. We did do a one day Land and Sea Tour which picked us up locally and we went through the rain forest, snorkeled, saw the waterfall, mud baths, and bat cave. Everyone we met was lovely. Loved the local restaurants - Villa, JJ’s and Chateau Mygo. Doolittle's had decent food but the service was terrible but we did use their ferry and beaches."
