"We booked this hotel last minute at a good price £45, and for the price we paid I'd say it was acceptable. We were in room 212 and the bedroom was ok, the restrictor on the window was broken which didn't pose a safety concern to us but may to others. The bathroom however needs some attention, the floor was broken in places and even though it was probably cleaned it really didn't feel clean. The toilet moved when you sat on it. For a 2star hotel it was ok. Neighbouring rooms did seem to slam...

"Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. "Excellent stay with a twin room overlooking the golf course. Great location for Mumbles. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. It would be good if the room had full blackout blinds or curtains as the room got the sun very early in the morning and lit the room up even with the blinds closed. Would have liked a slightly bigger towel but that’s being very picky. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast - it was really nice with lots of choice. I would definitely stay here again. "
