Apartment located in the centre of the village of L'Escala, Costa Brava, exterior and bright, 300 meters from the beach. Ideal for family holidays with children in L'Escala and the Costa Brava.

Advisory: Not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to having no elevator and being located on the fourth floor.

Garage space: Open from 15th June to 15th September. 150 meters from the apartment.

Completely exterior apartment, in the forth floor, enjoys a superb location that allows mobility without a car, and the services necessary for a wonderful holiday.

Masferrer 6 is a comfortable apartment in the old town of L'Escala, just 300 meters from the beach.

The apartment size is 45 m² for up to 4 people.

It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a terrace 12 m² overlooking the village and the church (afternoon sun) and a 5 m² balcony with access from the bedrooms (morning sun).

The bedrooms feature a king bed and two singles, respectively.

The bathroom is complete with small bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped, except dishwasher.

The terrace, lounge and dining room are well equipped (see photos).
