rustgevende vakantie

We hebben met z'n zessen een fijne vakantie gehad in deze leuke villa met haar grote tuin en mooie zwembad. Het is een hele rustige buurt met alles dicht bij de hand, haven, zee en heel veel eet en drink gelegenheden. Kleine minpuntjes: met 6 personen 1 badkamer delen is best een uitdaging, ondanks de buitendouche. Ook het glaswerk had iets uitgebreider mogen zijn, en een vaatwasmachine zou het helemaal geweldig maken... want afwassen als afvoer niet doorloopt is ook een uitdaging..., maar werd wel opgelost... Zeker voor herhaling waard deze vakantie!

Top vakantie!!!

Het was voor de tweede maal dat we verbleven in het vakantiehuis. Opnieuw hebben we een prachtige vakantie gehad, het huis is top!!! Alles wat men nodig heeft voor de ideale vakantie is aanwezig. Uitstekende service van het agentschap, het huis was zeer net, uitstekende ligging, fantastisch zwembad, prachtige tuin. Een aanrader!!!! We komen zeker terug….

Schönes Häuschen, gute Ausstattung gepflegtee Garten und Pool. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Unkonzentriert Kommunikation mit der Agentur, schnelle Lösung sämtlicher Probleme. Es wäre doch wünschenswert, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit im Preis wären.

Maison et emplacement parfaits. Jardin et piscine sublimes. Seul petit bémol, l’absence de clim

Séjour en famille (couple avec 3 enfants-adolescents). Très belles vacances malgré la canicule. Agence sur place hyper accueillante, services impeccables, réactivité incroyable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si le propriétaire installe une climatisation (ou au minimum des ventilateurs)…

Top huis in rustige omgeving

Het was de ideale woning in een rustige omgeving. Het huis was prachtig, net zoals op de site omschreven. Het agentschap is zeer correct, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was aanwezig voor de ideale vakantie. Het zwembad is ideaal en wordt regelmatig onderhouden tijdens het verblijf. We komen zeker terug!!!

La maison est vraiment top l’extérieur est vraiment magnifique très bien entretenu. Le seul petit bémol est la cuisine qui est un peux vieillissante. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison l’endroit est très calme. Parfait pour une famille. Je recommande vraiment cette maison.

Très bon souvenir de notre séjour à l'Escala. Belle région. à découvrir en famille ou entre amis.

Très bonne situation géographique et très calme. La piscine à l'eau salée est superbe et les enfants l'ont adorée. Il y a un très grand jardin, un emplacement de barbecue et un emplacement sécurisé pour la voiture. Tout est parfait, juste un petit manque au niveau du confort dans la cuisine. Mais le plus important, c'est qu'on passe le temps à l'extérieur et là tout a été parfait.

La casa por dentro es sencilla, excepto el comedor que está muy bien y tiene una tv genial (smart tv, pantalla grande). La distribución es práctica (fácil acceso desde la cocina y comedor a terraza y a la zona exterior). El exterior está muy bien, la parcela bien cuidada con riego automático del césped. Buen tamaño del espacio exterior. Mobiliario exterior adecuado. Mención especial a la piscina de agua salada. Una gozada. Muy buen tamaño. Limpia y estupenda. Acceso fácil al agua con escalera de obra. Iluminada por la noche. Zona tranquila y cercana al núcleo urbano. La agencia muy profesional.

Rude people. Villa riddled with problems!!

On arrival the Owner had left the keys in the BBQ for us to let ourselves in. We were told if we arrived after 5pm (which we did) linen, towels and Cots would all be there and ready to use. They weren't. We had to ring her at 8.30pm and ask for it to be brought round. She then demanded a cash security deposit and money for linen as well as the rest of the cost of the holiday rental. Whilst we were fine with the money for linen, as we had expected this, we were unaware the whole lot (a large sum) had to be paid immediately in cash. She said if we did not pay now in cash she would lock up the apartment there and then, so hence leaving 3 children and 4 adults on the street. We paid up but this left one party (with 6 month old baby) with absolutely no cash whatsoever. She knew this and couldn't care less. Nothing in regards to apartment was explained to us and she kept rushing as as it was Sunday (she didn't hide her annoyance that she was assisting us on a Sunday). We had an Ant infestation (you could count at least 10 ants on sink while brushing teeth) and the shower was so small it was barely usable. The shower head is hand held only and there is no bath plug. We had no hot water for the first 24 hours and even when we did get it it only lasted long enough to shower the children, not the adults. We all showered in cold water the whole week. There is also no lock on the bathroom door, meaning we had absolutely no privacy when using the toilet/shower. This was reported to her and she said someone would be round to fix it, this did not happen. On the evening of day 2 at 10.30pm, the toilet cistern flooded, the ballcock got stuck and the water continued to flow water out onto the floor, we had to use our bath towels (rented) to stop the water spreading through the house. My partner turned the water off to stop the flow, we called her for over 45 mins to report it and got no answer, the emergency number is not in use after 4pm in the afternoon, she failed to attempt to contact us at all following the many missed calls so we called her again in the morning. We were left for 14 hours with no flush on the loo. That evening when we rang again to tell her the situation and that we were in need of replacement towels, she told us to wash the towels and she refused to give us anymore, was rude and said she was to busy to come round and the toilet problem was our fault!! After that, we didn't contact about anything, So rude! Thats not even half the issues encountered!
