“La habitación tenía su ventanal quebrado, me encontré una uña postiza en la cama, manchadas las sábanas y en general muy mal mantenimiento de la propiedad, para el check out ni había personal”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere”

“Hotel room is normal. If it can be bigger, it will be better!”

“The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.”

“I was provided a free room upgrade through Expedia which I did not receive. Instead they told me they would provide me with a free breakfast instead. Only to find out later the free breakfast was already included with every room anyway. Careful of the resteraunt get prices up front or get a huge surprise!”

“First the staff- immensely polite and helpful. Clean, elegant, detail oriented lobby, restaurant (s) and rooms. Very minimalist in design but everything is extremely well thought out and Marriott quality. Rooms were very quiet. Great rooftop bar and pool- minutes from the airport and whatever you do, don’t miss their 5 star breakfast buffet - it’s worth it! Also - close to modern mall to find anything you may have forgotten at home some great food trucks just outside, little market, pharmacy etc……

“Adventure Inn feels like a true taste of Costa Rican pura vida rather than a generic chain hotel. It serves as a fantastic landing pad or departure base for travelers.”
