“Les 3 chambres que nous avions étaient toutes très propres, les équipements étaient biens(micro-ondes,tv,petit frigo,cafetière,un coin repas avec 2 chaises et petite table). Les lits assez comfortables. Le personnel était sympathique, on a tous bien aimés cette endroit! Le restaurant Kaline qui est dans l'hôtel est excellent pour souper et déjeuner ! Les serveuses sont très sympathiques et donne un excellent service. ”

“The property was overall clean, parking was a bit small and often crowded given that we were on school holidays, staff was polite but not helpful : I had an issue having booked a specific package over the phone but the staff was adamant they could not do anything, they did not explain any of the anenities either and when trying to book an extra package we were told yo come back the following day because they id not have any left. the following they did not have any either, so ended up having a……

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”
