"We stayed for 3 nights. The best part was the excellent customer service. I felt like the front desk staff was really looking out for their guests. If we needed something, they quickly delivered it to our door. Housekeeping was great, too. The room was fine for the price. The motel is close to the La Brea Tar Pits and The Grove. It’s an older motel, but it suited our needs. The only main point of frustration was that there is not enough parking. If all the spaces are taken, you park in the street (and you have to move your car by 8 am.)"
"Our 2nd stay at this property. So well located and all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Megan at Front Desk was our main point of contact and made sure our stay went smoothly. Great housekeeping team and big thanks to Monica who kept our room tip top and well stocked. Everyone from the Valet staff and Guys working outside made sure to check we were ok and made us feel safe and comfortable.
