My issue was with the service staff, who didn't properly inform me about the amenities included in my executive room. There were supposed to be drinks and snacks on my floor, but there weren't. When I asked at checkout, since I was only staying one night, I was told that when the staff wasn't on the floor, I could request them at the lobby bar, but no one informed me of this. I was very disappointed with this...

「We loved our 5 night stay at Hotel BH Bicentenario! We felt completely safe with the extra layers of security, the location was absolutely perfect for walking to restaurants and shops, and we never had trouble getting an uber when we needed to venture to more distant parts of the city. Juan Diego at reception was so helpful and efficient (with perfect English) and we found the common spaces to be chic yet inviting. Breakfast had a variety of choices and we appreciated that it opened very early...

「The shower is like a mini Niagara Falls. Using less water is not an option. Our room was small but full of good ideas. We didn't use the kitchen. There is even a small desk and a room safe. We were on the 13th floor with a great view over the city's skyscrapers. The breakfast buffet is served on the 17th floor. Everything is of good quality. Scrambled eggs are fried individually by a chef with your choice of ingredients. 」
