“离高速公路近，有点吵”

“This place is a nightmare. It is extremely filthy mold growing on the ceilings and corners. Rooms smelled very bad. Bedspread had large cigarette burn. Rooms were filthy in the breakfast area was bare and filthy.”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still……

“Bugs ”

“We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and……

“Pro-Room was cleanish. Heat/AC worked. All the amenities worked inside the room. Very cheap for a 4day/3night stay. Con-This is an extended stay hotel. People live here. We were surrounded by residents, all who had pets. (Pet hair everywhere in community areas) Cars broken down in the lot. We were without water for 10ish hours due to a water line break that was the property’s responsibility. Unsecured entrances to the living areas meaning random people could just walk through the doors. People……

“Clean and friendly”

“谈不上喜欢，最反感就是忘了东西返回去拿竟然说房间已经打扫，什么都没有了，什么素质！！！差评！”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors……

“Not hoid”

“I highly recommend this place. The rooms are incredible. Full fridge/freezer. Sink, kitchen area. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was incredible. ”

“Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton.”

“The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped.”
