“We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the MOB hotel very much. Located at the hip area of Confluence with tramway next door, the hotel’s exterior is very contemporary and modern. The hotel lobby and interior are wonderfully decorated, and the little shop near the front door has a great selection of products, including their own clothing line with T-shirts and sweaters which are nice. “The room was poorly cleaned and full of mosquitoes. There was no air conditioning, and even with the windows closed at night, it was very uncomfortable. It was hard to fall asleep. If you stay here, you’ll definitely regret it.””

“The hotel is conveniently located as it's opposite to Lyon Gare Part-Dieu and the tramway station. It's easy to travel to the airport. The room was basic without any electric kettle or fridge, but it's not a problem for me as I only stayed for two nights.”

“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……

“Breakfast was good value, but nothing special. There were a few small problems: a very squeaky bathroom door, broken shower bracket, so no hands free showering, and the sitting area tv was broken. Otherwise a good experience and nice hotel. A little far from all theaction, but the transit system is pretty easy.”

“The hotel communal areas are nice and stylish, the restaurant is good and there is the advantage of a pool. Very disappointed with the room which was apparently an executive double, however very basic. Literally a tiny space for clothes and you could not walk around the sofa bed without going sideways. There were 2 of us here for 4 nights and we really struggled with space. Would be fine for an overnight stay but not a trip of any more length.”

“I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. Eventually he relented and I moved to a more secure room. At……

“I think this is a refurbished hostel. I could be wrong but it gives me hostel type of vibes. Just walking up the steps squeaking hostel hostel. However the room was quite clean. Staff was welcoming. What's up with the heating? That nor the AC didn't seem to work. Where is the sound proofing? Honestly, the location is awesome, like very awesome but that alone should not drive the price.”
