「A really great property on the water for a couple and pet or 2 couples!My partner and I loved our stay with our puppy. The walk down to the water is easy and the neigborhood is very quiet and private. A very close drive to town!The kitchen was nice to use and the ameninites were all great. There are so many small details in the home and outside that make it magical.There were five kids/teens in our party and they were in heaven! The loft was perfect for them and they loved having their own space out of reach from the adults. They loved the beach, especially low tide and exploring the tide pools. The tide was about -2 when we stayed and they thought the tide pools at the nest were more fun than some popular beaches...

「This is a very well thought out and put together studio. One of the nicest we’ve seen anywhere. The bed is large and comfortable, the shower is hot and strong, the small kitchen area is well supplied, the parking and entry are private, the views are spectacular and the communication was excellent.」

「This is a beautiful property with a great view! The house is beautifully decorated, outfitted and immaculate. Beach is easy to access but rocky. Just to Note: the king bedroom upstairs is an open loft—so great view from there but not private. The larger of the two queen bedrooms is downstairs adjacent to the gane room. Very roomy. The third bedroom is off the kitchen. Arrangement might be important to some but worked for us. The driveway in front of the house is extremely steep with no flat...

「we love this place. lots of water toys and a boat to fish in and just cruise the lake. the house is well supplied with everything you need and then some. this is the second year we have stayed here and hope to get it next year too.the location is just about 20 miles from our homes, which makes it easy to just come up for the day....」

「The house and Lake Goodwin were exceptional and the entire family had a great time. The kids enjoyed being out on the lake until almost 10pm nightly to make the most of the long summer days. The home was close to Smokey Point and stores. Easily one of our best family vacations - would absolutely stay here again!」

「The Gnome Cabin offers a delightful experience. The property's cozy, whimsical atmosphere is immediately charming. My eleven year old nephew absolutely adored all the gnomes. We went around trying to count them all, and kept finding more. This cabin was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. 10/10 Highly recommend!」
