"The location was very close to the metro, cafes and bars. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The dogs were a huge hit with our granddaughter. We definitely recommend Hotel de Roubaix."
"Very good location, rooms are small but good enough for sleeping. Closed to the rails and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Glad we stayed on this place."
"We booked this hotel because Expedia advertised it as a five-star hotel, and one of the reasons we considered it was air-conditioned. However, since arriving, the front desk staff has stated there is no air conditioning, which seems untrue as the lobby on the first floor felt like it was running. If you're going to turn it off during the winter, you need to understand that your guests are from Thailand, where the weather is hot. I paid over €500 per room per night for my family to have a comfortable stay, but from the first night and this past night (the third night), it was extremely hot, even with the balcony doors open. On the first night, there was a party at the bar on the 10th floor that ended at 1 AM, after which drunk people were making a lot of noise. On the second night, because there are bars and activities on the street next to the hotel, there was noise and shouting all night. And from 5 AM every day, we could hear garbage trucks, street sweepers, police cars, and ambulances coming through our windows, waking us up in the early morning. Last night, the third night, a big event involved test drives with loud exhaust pipes, with cars racing around until about 3 AM. My daughter and I have both suffered from insomnia, leading to headaches and migraine attacks every night. Shouldn't the hotel be turning on the air conditioning for us in this situation? We returned to this hotel because we thought it was a nice place to stay but it’s not. There was no solution provided"
The Jangle Hotel - Paris - Charles de Gaulle - Airport
10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely stay for the night. Kendra at the front desk is a gem! Professional, friendly and goes above and beyond making your experience top notch. We had an issue with the temperature in our room. We had a wonderful young man that came quickly and assessed the situation. He gave us options to make us comfortable even moving our room.he was also incredibly helpful and kind.
Great staff!"
"Interesting, modular concept. Amenities great for a short stay and position perfect for onward travel or sightseeing. The staff were efficient and very helpful. Within the airport signage for Terminal 3 was poor. Once advised about the shuttle and where to catch it the hotel was easily reached on foot."
"Great little hotel tucked away near Pigalle metro station. The rooms really have all you need tucked into them, including tea and coffee facilities and a decent shower. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and there is an optional well-stocked breakfast buffet available for €12 a day. Two minor niggles - the first was the TV in my room which had a life of its own (the control had no effect!), and the second is the noise... the area is very busy and popular especially at weekends, so I would advise earplugs as the windows don't keep much of the noise out. I would happily stay here again though, it was great value for the quality of the stay."
