Overall I enjoyed my stay here! The grounds are meant to be beautiful but unfortunately there’s a lot of dead trees on the mountain. They have go carts for easy transport around the resort and all the employees are so helpful and friendly! We got to know them and they would greet us by name! Special shoutouts to Julio, Alejandro, Ulysses, and Edith! Edith was so sweet and made karaoke & water aerobics so fun. Julio, Alejandro & Ulysses we’re on the transportation and service team and kept the food and drinks flowing! The room was clean and spacious, shower was very large. I also really enjoyed the beach and the beachside service that was included. The view was beautiful and the drive was only about 10min by shuttle. The only thing that got a little annoying on the beach was the solicitors but that is just apart of the experience. There is very little night life at this resort and all the food ends by 10pm. I enjoyed most of the food but I wish there were other options besides the buffet or taco truck. Overall I would come here again and definitely recommend this place to others. It’s the perfect resort for relaxation and to get away. It’s a good balance of adults & families.

We loved staying here!! The staff were so so kind and it was so beautiful. So many food and drink options and tons of pools. Had a blast! Oliver and Victor were so accommodating and kind to us!

Property really is enticing being isolated and tucked into the mountain side. We were there during the dry season, so much of the hillsides were brownouts. To staff's credit, they keep the grounds meticulous and as lush as possible. The facilities are showing their age or it could be clientele abuse or both. Hard to determine and hate to suspect the latter, but could easily see how customers would treat the rooms poorly. If you're looking for a child free space, this is not it. Geared towards families who didn't do much to keep their children in line; not the staff's fault. Just no real quiet space despite the attractive surroundings.

Transportation for the private beach is every hour, I believe last one is at 5pm, golf carts to take you to and from the hotel lobby, restaurant and room. Unlimited everything! Love the all-inclusive hotel! Would recommend. Just one note: would prefer another restaurant since they only have the hibachi restaurant and buffet! Overall: 4.7/5!!
