Lakefront, large deck, grill, kayaks, firepit. 1 hour from KC.

Escape to a peaceful private lake retreat just one hour from Kansas City and Arrowhead Stadium. Built in 2020, this upscale lakefront home offers the perfect summer getaway. Enjoy a private swim dock, kayaks and paddleboards, lakeside fire pit, and a spacious deck with grill and eating space overlooking the water. Nearby golf courses and wineries add to the experience. Ideal for weekend escapes, family getaways, or World Cup visitors.

The professionally decorated 1,800 square foot house is located on a beautiful cove on the main lake at Linn Valley Lakes. You can fish, float, swim or kayak off the private dock (only kayaks are available - other boats are not available to rent). Deer Trace Golf Course is located in the community and is open all year long! It offers an 18-hole golf course, putting green, and driving range. If you are not a golfer, visit the Lake Shop on the weekends for bbq, ice cream, pizza and other treats!
