"This was a lovely and cozy space and exactly what my partner and I needed for our short stay in Perigord. Check in was a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked and comfortable for making a meal. "We spent 4 nights at the lovely Petit Manoir in the Josephine Baker room. The facilities were great, large bedroom and bath, lots of storage room for clothes, location couldn’t be beat, and historic ambiance was everywhere. For disabled or elderly, I would not recommend it bc you have to walk up a large wooden spiral staircase (yes there is a railing, but a bit tricky for those whose balance is a little off). The breakfast was served daily in the downstairs dining room or by the pool (your preference) and it was delicious and came with the room. There is a small pool in the courtyard, but only large enough for 4 lounge chairs. We had a very early departure and the office arranged for a taxi to pick us up for the train station. Carrying luggage up and down that staircase was a bit tricky. I liked the location of the hotel in that you were in the center of town, yet you heard very little noise from the crowded streets. The staff was super friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Highly recommended!"
