"We frequently stay at Home2 locations throughout Texas—from Lubbock to Dallas to McAllen—and have come to appreciate their consistent cleanliness, modern design, and reasonable pricing. We selected the Home2 in Alamo (McAllen) specifically for its EV charger, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. This location was noticeably brighter, cleaner, and better managed than the other Home2 properties in the area. Our room was more spacious and better equipped, and the pool, social areas, and parking lot were all well-lit and inviting. Most impressively, the staff stood out for their proactive approach—regularly checking in and seeking feedback to ensure a great stay."

"The weather was terrible when we got into Harlingen. We went to the hotel hoping maybe we could check in early and wait out the rain. They accommodated us graciously. Robert was such a pleasure to deal with. "

"For the most part it was a little disappointing 😕 You could hear all the traffic outside. The noise in the other rooms. Room was not handicapped or elderly friendly.The tub was very slippery.No hot water one of the days and had insects 🙄 elevator would take forever. Water in the hallway dangerous to walk. "
