We had an excellent experience during our stay. The staff was outstanding, and we would especially like to recognize Gabriella, our server, who was exceptional. She was consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making our visit even more enjoyable. We also loved the amenities and were impressed by the beautiful views. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel is well located. The restaurant is good, and the staff is very friendly. As for the room, the bathrooms are uncomfortable, cramped, with half doors and labyrinthine entrances. The pool is 10 times smaller than it looks in the advertising photos, and only five people can fit in it without losing privacy.

We stayed in the villa which was perfect for our group of 6. We enjoyed the living space it provided and used the large table to play games in the evening. The washer and dryer were a bonus! The property is close to La Fortuna as well as many attractions though a vehicle is really needed to get around (or Uber). Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The deck surface is rough so flip flops were needed. Breakfast was great (buffet with good options). Swim towels were provided which was handy. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and had wonderful pizza. Cons: The shower never got hot in the one bathroom. There aren’t really places to hang bath towels.

Beautiful staf

The staff was excellent. They made great suggestions for dinner and made reservations for us. There was a shuttle to take you to restaurants which was helpful because La Fortuna is busy. Very spacious rooms, terrific views of Volcano.

I booked this property as I was literally driving to La Fortuna. So glad I did. It sits facing the volcano and the views were unbelievable. I was in cabin #107 loved where it was located!! The grounds are just beautiful and staff very helpful. Loved the unique rooms. I will be back. 🌴❤️
