「Really helpful and friendly staff, gave me a map of the area with points of interest. Big clean rooms, a refrigerator that actually works and Good strong A/C during heatwave. Its definitely within walking distance of Brussels Central Train Station unless you have to carry 20KG+ suitcases. Most important part is, it's far away from the loud bars near city center. Really good value for money.」

「Very new and nice hotel. We enjoy the stay👍」

「房間設計挺高級挺奢華, 氣氛燈比一般酒店多令感覺很高檔，除了房間有小蚊子以外，一切都很好」

「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」

「非常乾淨，房間設計相當好，位置亦非常方便，職員友善」

「一切都很好，除了空調的溫度不能調整以外，房間不是太熱就是太冷…還有門鎖是壞掉的」

「Room is small and slightly aged but a good boutique hotel」

「非常好的服務態度 環境優美且整潔」

「Convenient location. Very good breakfast. Front desk helpful. Downside: room has no frige or safe, beds too small, room service inadequate. 」

「Facilities and staff are good, underground car park is safe and big, only the location is not excellent because the road to city centre looks not so safe.」
