Just a stone's throw from the ocean, this exceptional villa with a private pool promises unforgettable holidays on the island of Noirmoutier! Idyllic setting, high-end amenities and beach on foot: the perfect combination for a family or friends' stay.
Outside, it's time to relax! The large enclosed garden features a superb heated swimming pool (available from 1st June to 14th September), surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture for your moments of relaxation. A large 100 m² terrace will allow you to share meals outdoors thanks to its tables and outdoor lounge and its plancha for delicious grilled dishes. Everything is gathered for perfect holidays under the Vendée sun.
Push the door and discover a house bathed in light, tastefully decorated in a modern and warm style. The vast living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a television for your movie or sports evenings. A beautiful dining table awaits you just next to it, to share convivial meals.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, will delight the tribe's cooks! You will find: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, grain espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all the necessary utensils to delight your loved ones.
On the night side, the ground floor has a large master suite with a King Size bed (180x200) and its adjoining bathroom with shower and hair dryer. A second bedroom, designed for children or large families, has two bunk beds (90x190), a single bed (90x190) as well as a bunk bed with a double bed (140x190) at the bottom and a single bed at the top (90x190) (note that the top bunk beds are only accessible for children). A second bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level. Upstairs, you will find a third bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), ideal for a couple.
For ever more comfort, the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom upstairs, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, childcare equipment (high chair and travel cot), an iron and ironing board, as well as four outdoor parking spaces.
