This isn’t a luxury resort but if it tells you anything we booked another trip to return here in a few months on our way home. The staff is amazing and they were quick to address a maintenance issue in our room. 「I was a little disappointed by the restaurants time and daily availability but I believe it was just their low season. Aside from that everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.」

「This resort had such a helpful, polite, attentive, and friendly staff! It was really one of the best places I have stayed in PV. The restaurants had a good variety of food, which was all very delicious. I liked that we could order off menu every day, as opposed to only buffet options, like some resorts. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. 」

「There were three of us and we reserved a room with two queen beds. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 o'clock. They didn't have a room for us until 3:30, and the room. They took us to had one king bed. So they took us to another room that had two full-size beds, and the air conditioner did not work. So we waited another 45 minutes for our third room which they told us was a premium room. It had a beautiful view as it was oceanfront, but it also had two full-size beds. Apparently they do not...
