This isn’t a luxury resort but if it tells you anything we booked another trip to return here in a few months on our way home. The staff is amazing and they were quick to address a maintenance issue in our room. Our son was in the pool the entire time which was great and the food options were really good- not Michelin star but better than other all inclusive I’ve stayed at and there’s plenty of variety. “This resort had such a helpful, polite, attentive, and friendly staff! It was really one of the best places I have stayed in PV. The restaurants had a good variety of food, which was all very delicious. I liked that we could order off menu every day, as opposed to only buffet options, like some resorts. The rooms were great with pool and ocean views, and a nice big balcony. Great sunsets, and great location.”

“The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. ”

“There were three of us and we reserved a room with two queen beds. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 o'clock. They didn't have a room for us until 3:30, and the room. They took us to had one king bed. So they took us to another room that had two full-size beds, and the air conditioner did not work. So we waited another 45 minutes for our third room which they told us was a premium room. It had a beautiful view as it was oceanfront, but it also had two full-size beds. Apparently they do not……
