「Really nice place to stay in a great resort for a family」

「We were 2 pensioners staying to watch our young grandchildren skiing. The 1 bedroom self service apartment was adequate, however 1) it was directly above a bar 2) we wished and asked for a double bed but had singles 3) the outlook was to an inner rectangle but we expected to be able to look out to the slopes - we had booked and paid months in advance!」

「Great location and apartments 」

「The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.」

「Excellent property - only stayed a few nights as a base for a cycling trip. Lots of good cycling on the doorstep. Accommodation was what we we expecting. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but my family said they were very good. Views and location are amazing! 」

「Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient. The spa facilities were limited, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during the peak school holiday period. WiFi connection was also very weak. Reception acknowledged the issue and initially offered a paid option, though we were later provided with a portable WiFi device. In addition, the...
