Can you imagine enjoying a vacation in a quiet and heavenly place.
This beautiful apartment, located in one of the most beautiful places on the island, is located about 150 meters from the beach where an endless golden sand and crystal clear water begins in a turquoise blue sea.
The apartment offers all the comfort for your vacation, it is new, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room equipped with washing machine, ironing equipment and portable clothesline, it has a fully equipped kitchen, living room in which you have a comfortable sofa bed, you can enjoy two terraces, one of them overlooking the pool of the urbanization.

Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig; die Vermieter begrüssten uns mit Obst und einer Flasche Wein persönlich und erklärten alles. Der Pool, die ruhigen Buchten in Gehnähe und die starken Wellen etwas weiter südlich boten bei idealen Wassertemperaturen viel Abwechselung. Die anderen Bewohner der Anlage waren größtenteils Familien, die Atmosphere ruhig und entspannt. Der Supermarkt, auch in Gehnähe, hielt ein tolles Angebot an frischem Fisch bereit. Wer Entspannung sucht und/oder Wassersport (Kite-Surfen, Surfen) schätzt, ist hier genau richtig.

Lakes of Cotillo Review

This apartment is brand new and fitted out to a very good standard. Plenty of towels and all the means needed to make holidaying in El Cotillo easy. It's position results in easy parking and a nice view inland toward Lajares. It is in easy walking distance of both the old and new harbour areas as well a the local El Cotillo beaches. El Cotillo is very relaxed and pleasant to stay if you wish to switch off from the usual hectic style of the larger holiday areas. Our stay was through the whole of January and February and consequently the shared (unheated) pool was a bit too cold during that period. However, this should not be an issue when outside the winter time. Overall this is a very nice property and nice place to stay.

Lovely Island, lovely Apartment, lovely stay!

We stayed in the apartment in el Cotillio during the latter half of December until the beginning of January with our family of 4 people (with two adult kids). The apartment was large enough to comfortably live there for almost 3 weeks. It was very nice and clean. The owner's love for detail was visible in every corner. She even put up a little christmas tree for us, as we arrived just before Christmas. The apartment had everything we needed, extra blankets for the beds as well as the beach, the kitchen was very well equipped (it even had a mixer!). The apartment has washing machine. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and could sunbath there in the evening, all protected from the ever-present wind from which the island seems to have its name. The supermarket (with fresh rolls every morning), as well as a few cafes, some bars and the beach is at walking distance of max. 5 minutes. The old harbor with more restaurants is reached after an about 7 minutes stroll along the coastline. The owner is a very nice lady who was ready to help us with everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing vacation! We would definitely recommend this apartment.
