So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! We got upgraded to a fantastic room with a Mountain view. We used the spa a few times after hiking in the day, we also ate at the restaurant and drank at the bar. I would definitely stay again, all the people that worked there were always helpful. The spa facilities were good and pool , sauna etc ...
