"Great and fast communication, regardless of time! She was always reachable!!! Location is fairly close to El Tunco (tourist area) and in a gated community and the house also has an additional manual gate.The views from the property are amazing and the house has a large and beautiful pool. Well kept large grounds. The kitchen and appliances are a little dated and an AC unit in the kitchen/dining would be helpful. Window screens would be nice as we had a lot of insects in the bathrooms...
