I stayed here for one night and was disappointed with several things. First, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were visible toothpaste stains around the sink, which is something housekeeping should never overlook. The beds were fine, but that was about the only thing that met expectations.
Parking was another issue. The hotel’s lot was completely full when we arrived, so we pulled over briefly on the side of the road to figure out what to do. An older man in a blue Jeep (who seemed to be affiliated with the hotel) approached us and rudely told us that the area was “only for loading and unloading.” Not the best first impression, especially considering we were already paying customers, not just potential guests.
What really bothered me is that the hotel only emailed after I completed my booking to say that parking is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed. This information should be clearly stated before booking, especially given how heavy and chaotic the traffic is in this area.
Overall, between the cleanliness issues, poor communication, and an unnecessarily rude interaction during check-in, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Easy pass for our next trip.
