Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Pour commencer c’est un hôtel vétuste avec un confort minimaliste et un service qui n’en est pas un.
