"This place is magical! The rooms are very nice and super clean. The location is right in the middle of everything so you can walk to shops, restaurants or the boat cruises. "When we got to our room the latch on the door was broken. They had it fix the next day. We did have one issue, we requested a ground floor as they do not have elevators and my husband is handy capped. We were put on the 2nd floor. Not sure where the lack of communication broke down as we put it on instructions on hotels. Com website."
