This two bedroom/two bath is near the La Quinta resort at the base of the mountains in a gated community, Laguna De La Paz. The complex has tennis and pickleball courts, workout weight room, clubhouse with cards and pool table, and more than a dozen pools with hot tubs spread throughout. It is a serene 3/4 mile walk around the beautiful lake with paddle boats and a pontoon boat available.
Fun Oldtown La Quinta is one mile to the south and one mile to the north is highway 111 with countless restaurants. The Coachella music venue is 2.5 miles away The PGA west golf courses are minutes away. Five minutes away in Old Town is a doggy daycamp, the Village Pup, if you'd like to leave Muffy at the playground/spa while you play golf.
