Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of family and friends enjoyed several beautiful days. We played tennis, used the spa, and dined at Morgan one night. Coachella was on. La quinta absorbed the high occupancy well. One outstanding comment: the Kitchen in our 3 bedroom unit was very well equipped. Proximity to resort was very good. We would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great about the house except for one major issue. We had no WiFi the entire weekend. Maintenance tried on two occasions to fix it, but without success. Verizon could not come out until this coming week. My family had to work during our stay, and it was extremely inconvenient not having WiFi that we feel must have been out before we arrived because as soon as we arrived at #19, we tried to log on to the WiFi to begin working and were unable to. Very very annoying.

Family Favorite Destination

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Paradise. The house more than met our expectations. Santa Rosa Cove is our favorite rental destination as it is so close to the resort. The house is stocked with everything needed and as an added bonus has resort privileges. We used the gym at the resort daily and swam at the resort pool with the grandchildren in the mornings. The neighborhood pool is also very close to the house. We will be back again and would be extremely happy to rent the same house. Thank you to the resort for the easy check in and check was seamless!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but the appliances are very dated. The kitchen appliances are at least 20 years old. The dishwasher had to be run twice as it didn’t wash the dishes well. The resort staff are very responsive.
