"This trip was for business. I stayed four days with breakfast included. I didn’t have time for breakfast but asked for a cup of coffee, to go. I was sent to the bar and asked for coffee to go. The gentleman served my coffee and asked for $10.00 soles. I explained my breakfast was included. He told me the bar was different. I handed the gentleman the $10.00 soles and he said he wouldn’t charge me this time. The next day, i had to go in the restaurant, find a table, wait for the waitress, order a cup of coffee to go, wait for the busy waitress to bring the coffee. Seems kinda ridiculous. May I suggest a container of coffee, sugar, cream be kept on a separate table so people on the go can fix their coffee and go. While checking out, I was asked about my stay by the restaurant manager. I explained the above to her. She said she would look into it. All in all the Sheraton was clean, very reasonably priced, the staff and front desk personnel were very pleasant. After a hectic day in Lima i would return to a nice clean room. This is my second time staying at the Sheraton. It is centrally located if you’re there on business. I highly recommend the Sheraton."

"Never received check in instructions so front desk was able to contact host. Apartment was nice, close to city center. Earplugs are on nightstands as it is a loud street, very common in that area. Laundry is available at top floor of building. All was well until host accused us of breaking her camera, we never touched it."

"Great location of apartment with a convenience store and supermercado on same block. Plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. Also walking distance to Salaverry Plaza mall. Will need to bring washing liquid for washing machine. Host provides bath towels and hand towels and basic set up for kitchen. Apartment equipped with two standing fans for comfort. Building is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbors."
