“The property was as advertised, the hosts were able to answer a question I had on the first day as I had issues getting into the property, this issue was my own the and hosts were able to help me understand where I messed up. I stayed here for my graduation and this property was located fairly close to blue arena, as well as many different good food areas. ”

“We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.”

“All the memories of growing up in Longmont and Berthoud area. Wake up calls from the chickens and kitties the want some loven was great. Owners were very quick to respond. This is a pretty private place even with a main house on property. We thought it was super quiet even with the road nearby. Loved the closeness of Mead for a quick morning coffee at Ziggi’s and Maggie’s for breakfast or lunch. We will definitely stay again. Plenty of parking for Rv also. ”

“The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation.”

“I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling……
