Perfect!

What a fantastic house in a great location! We loved everything. The surrounded garden, it's ideal for small children. The decks where you can sit at every time of the day. The cleanliness, the air-conditioning in every bedroom, the kitchen and equipment. The very nice welcome by Evelyne. There is so much to do in the area, a one week-stay is not long enough!

Perfect house in a great location

From the approach to the property, we felt we had made a great choice. The immediate area is perfect as a base. Close restaurants (Cap Au Large, Les richesses d’arguin and Le chef est une femme 33 - were excellent). Also a very easy and quick walk to the harbour and beach at Hume (Limon great for a small bite/drink). The house was so comfortable and spacious for 6 adults (3 couples). The kitchen was very well appointed and allowed us to cater for us all easily. Evelyn was lovely and friendly and we overcame our poor French with a little help from Google and some miming. Serge and Nathalie were also very approachable and answered the few queries we had immediately. The only Downside is we had to come home as we feel we did not get to see enough of this beautiful region. We did get to see Bordeaux, Dune du Pliat, Biaritz, Cap Feret - but there is so much more to explore. We hope to return and continue the exploration of La Test and Archachon!

Superbe sĂ©jour !Tout Ă©tait parfait, les Ă©changes avec les propriĂ©taires durant toute la procĂ©dure de location. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par la trĂšs charmante Evelyne, qui nous a donnĂ© des supers adresses pour sortir et faire la fĂȘte mais aussi pour se restaurer chez des locaux. Evelyne est parfaite et hyper accueillante !La rĂ©gion que nous connaissons trĂšs bien nous a encore rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© ses plus beaux atouts.Sans hĂ©sitation, je vous invite Ă  louer cette magnifique maison individuelle qui a Ă©tĂ© pour notre famille un vrai havre de paix

Charmante location

Location bien équipée, confortable et trÚs bien placée pour visiter la région. La gare à 2 mn à pied est un vrai atout pour aller sur Bordeaux sans stress. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement à nos questions. Merci à Evelyne pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Tout est proche. La proximitĂ© de la gare n'est gĂȘnante, au contraire c'est un atout pour se dĂ©placer dans la rĂ©gion pour aller Ă  arcachon ou mĂȘme pour visiter bordeaux sans avoir Ă  prendre sa voiture

Perfekte Lage fĂŒr eine Auszeit am Bassin

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, trotz NĂ€he zum Bahnhof. Die Ausstattung und der Comfort waren super. Wir sind mit 3 Kindern (2,10,11) fĂŒr eine Woche vor Ort gewesen. Arcachon ist 7min mit dem Zug entfernt, die DĂŒne 20min mit dem Auto. Das Bassin erreicht man fusslĂ€ufig, ca 1km. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Innen nett, sehr gepflegt. Lage und GrundstĂŒck nicht gut.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus. Außenanlage und Lage sind nicht optimal und könnte etwas schöner sein. Check in war etwas problematisch da die Hausverwaltung leider kein Englisch spricht.

Wunderbar fĂŒr Familien geeignet

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Es war sauber und gut klimatisiert. Wirklich schön. Die nĂ€here Umgebung bat auch viel fĂŒr Kinder. Den schönsten Zoo, den wir jeh gesehen haben, zwei Erlebnisparks und einen Aquapark. Von La-Teste-de-Buch konnte man viele Ausflugsziele gut erreichen: La DĂ»ne-Pilat, Cap-Ferret, Arcachon, Biaritz etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great modern property with choice of beach and watersports nearby

The property was extremely comfortable and clean, with lots of modern tech. There is a good amount of outside space and the kids loved the hammock. The location is good, we were close to numerous beaches, with lots of local activities for kids. We went horse riding, to a water park and to the zoo. The host provided lots of useful information. We loved our week here and I definitely recommend this property!

Un séjour trÚs agréable

Un trÚs agréable accueil avec Eveline qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses. La clim dans les chambres fut trÚs appréciable au vu des températures que nous avons eu. La ligne de chemin de fer a proximité nous a permis de nous déplacer sur Arcachon à plusieurs reprises sans prendre la voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour la dune du pila qui nous a fait défaut à cause des incendies de foret

Tolles modernes Haus in direkter NĂ€he zur Bucht

Wir haben in den Sommerferien 2 Wochen mit der Familie hier verbracht. Evelyne, der Kontakt vor Ort, hat uns freundlich empfangen, uns durch das Haus gefĂŒhrt und die notwendigen Infos mitgeteilt. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Den riesigen Fernseher haben wir gar nicht benutzt, da es keine deutschen Programme gab, aber dafĂŒr ein gutes WLAN, was ĂŒberall verfĂŒgbar war. Die SchlafrĂ€ume haben ausreichend Stauraum und sind alle sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den SchlafrĂ€umen war bei den hohen Temperaturen super. Die verschiedenen Aussenbereiche wurden je nach Sonnenstand alle intensiv genutzt. Der Zug, der hier schon einige Male erwĂ€hnt wurde, hat uns ĂŒberhaupt nicht gestört. FĂŒr alle die vielleicht mit dem Zug anreisen wollen, ist die NĂ€he des Bahnhofs hervorzuheben. Wir haben uns FahrrĂ€der ausgeliehen und mit denen die Umgebung erkundet (sehr empfehlenswert!). Das Haus liegt direkt an den Zöllnerwegen (Sentier Littoral) und an den ausgebauten Fahrradwegen. Zum Baden sind wir aber lieber an die StrĂ€nde von Arcachon oder dem Atlantik gefahren, da die StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he sehr stark abhĂ€ngig sind von den Gezeiten. Aber zum Picknicken oder um etwas zu trinken, ist die sehr nette Beach Bar am Strand von Hume sehr zu empfehlen.

Belle maison fonctionnelle.

Maison bien équipée. Les 2 terrasses sont agréables. Dommage, la proximité de la ligne de chemin de fer et de mauvaises odeurs au 1er étage.
