“Property is very close to downtown. Walking 1 to 2 km in this town is normal distance. We moved around with rental car. House/condo is very clean and rooms are nice. “Bright Forest Retreat provided us a great place to stay in Monteverde. Close to everything Monteverde has to offer. We stayed in the 2nd level unit which had great views and a rustic cabin like feel. Shortly after we arrived we saw a monkey high in the trees just outside the front door. Everything worked well but I would caution the use of the safe. Probably my error but I did get locked out and had to contact the host for assistance to get it open. I would stay again in the future. ”
