It’s a beautiful place in the mountain of monte verde, it’s easy to find the place, it’s a beautiful, cozy apartment with everything in it! It has washer and dryer that was a big plus, everything is close by, hope to stay there in the future

This was the perfect location in Monteverde. Host was very helpful and quick with communication. They helped us with reservations for tours and transportation which was super helpful! Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely come back!

Great location next to wildlife reserve. Nice condo with communal laundry (free). Good communication from hosts. Super attentive. Highly recommend! The hot tub inside was a bonus!

The property was pretty good. The only problem is that there are a lot of rules, and after nightfall you can’t make any noise. That’s an issue if you’re traveling with kids or a big family and want to stay up doing activities

No need to look any further - Biofilia Monteverde is the place you want to book if you’re visiting the area. Super modern and clean, peaceful, close to restaurants and shops for convenience but set apart enough for maximum tranquility. The host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, from complimentary laundry facilities and well-stocked toiletries to a full kitchen complete with coffee, tea, popcorn, juice and even Oreos if you’re missing a taste of home! My husband and I stayed here with our 3 sons (ages 10, 14 and 16) in late July and it was perfect having two separate bedrooms, their own bathroom, and a large open green space right next to the complex for them to run around in. Located beside a wildlife refuge, it’s also great for spotting wildlife without having to leave the yard. Communication was excellent - I can’t recommend Biofilia Monteverde highly enough!

This condo was so cute, modern, very clean, just wonderful. It is in a private location but didn’t feel too secluded for female travelers. I felt safe, parking was easy, handicapped accessible ground floor. Met the owner, very nice man, he clearly takes lots of pride in his home and offering a great stay to his guests. There were a few snacks and drinks provided which was nice. Perfect location to visit Monteverde. Price was reasonable. I had NO bug issues here, which if you stay in Monteverde you know that bugs are everywhere but the owner said he works very hard to make sure that doesn’t happen at his property and I very much appreciate that. I would certainly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Best spot we've stayed at in Costa Rica! The apartment is super modern, great amenities like Hot Tub, fully stacked kitchen, balcony and a great mattress. Christina and Jesse are awesome, super attentive and professional. Location is great too right on the wildlife refuge. Will be back for sure!

Very nice, well equipped, modern and clean apartment. Attentive host, very quick to respond to our requests. Less than 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Located next to the reserve, convenient for the night walk tour. Only wished it had a little better noise isolation, since we had neighbors being loud early in the morning.

Our family stayed at Biofilia Monteverde for two nights, and it was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care had gone into creating this space. Every small detail felt intentionally chosen—from the beautifully designed interiors to the high‑quality soaps, games, and kitchen essentials. The property itself feels almost brand new, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. The beds deserve a special mention: huge, luxurious, and unbelievably comfortable. After long days exploring Monteverde, sinking into those beds felt heavenly. Check‑in and check‑out were effortless, and the hosts were wonderful—warm, friendly, and always easy to reach. Their hospitality added so much to the experience and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Biofilia Monteverde exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s rare to find a place where comfort, design, and hospitality come together so perfectly. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
