" Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade pastries prepared with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay."

"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. Moscitos in and outside the room in the bottom of the building, a bit damp and not easy to sleep when the aircondition didnt work one night, but the outside garden was wonderful. "Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Hausdame spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und ganz reizend. Das Deluxe Studio ist fantastisch, die Terasse ist riesig. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. Hinter der Anlage liegt eine Firma mit LKWs die sehr früh mit den Arbeiten beginnt, was durchaus nervig sein kann. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, war uns das egal, wer den Tag auf der sehr schönen Terrassen verbringen will,...

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
