"The room smelled terrible. If we had any other option, we'd have taken a loss on the payment for this room and stayed elsewhere for the smell alone. The bathroom ceiling had multiple stains, as did the upholstery. The pool that was advertised on the website has been closed since 2024, which was a huge bummer as well. "

"The hotel is fine - rooms were clean, staff friendly, nice breakfast and being on the river was a plus. The price of rooms was excessive for the what you get but being a college town I suppose that is to be expected ."

"This property needs to be leveled! Everything was very old, dirty and reeked of mold. The a/c unit was ancient and broken, old chips in the porcelain sink and tub where the caulking was cracked and moldy. Skip it, drive to Albany if you must!"

"Every Staff member was welcoming and kind. Location is great. The room: shower floor slippery, floors in room sticky. Drain in sink is clogged. The smell when I first arrived in the room was awful. Not a fan of putting single women on the first floor with windows that open due to safety reasons, a guy walked infront of my window several times while I was there, it was beautiful weather and would have been nice to have the window open. It would be lovely to have coffee in lobby out before 8am. Not totally gross rooms, but way too expensive for what they are."

"The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room and dining area was clean. Parking is easy. Our room faced the freeway but wasn't too loud. I had no problem with getting to sleep."
