「We had a camper van that would not fit it their garage and they suggested parking2 blocks away next to the post office which was free after 8:00pm. 」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「A casa di paola has a great location, a warm, welcoming and friendly staff. It was a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers and share tour plans and recommendations. The B and B is located near many great places to eat and is in easy walking distance of Ravenna’s outstanding historical sites. 」

「The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not.」
