“清潔で調度の配置も行き届いており快適でした。ホテルの方々も親切です。S.Vitale等、最も重要なモニュメント群や街一番のショッピング通りからも近く、大変ストラテジックな立地です。その割に静かです。モニュメントは冬時間帯の設定で早めに閉館していましたが（だいたい〜17:00）、ホテルの近くに市場mercatoとスーパーがあり、お惣菜、チーズやハム、ワインまで何でも揃うので、バルコニーでのアペリティフもゆったり過ごせました。寒さが和らいでからは、断然、バルコニー付きのお部屋がオススメです！”

“Everyone and everything at Albergo Cappello was exceptional !!! The morning breakfast receptionist was one of the most genuine persons we have met in over 20 years of travel. I wish I knew her name because she personally made us feel welcome every morning. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious in every way, the wait staff was wonderful as was the afternoon/evening reception. We will remember this stay for many years. Thank you❤️”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean.
