“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future.”

“We loved this property. Beautiful art and decoration, rooms were clean and spacious. Very central, with museums and restaurants very close to the property. The staff was a delight with great communication.”

“Booked the night before our cruise. The host was very accomodating. The place is in the historical center. They even offer transfer to the port.”

“This is a historical building with a beautiful courtyard where you have breakfast. The breakfast offered many options from cold cuts eggs cheeses fruit and sweets. It is a 7 minute walk with luggage from train station and walking distance to city centre. The history behind this establishment is very interesting and learnt it from the manager Francesco which was so polite and helpful. Room is large enough for 2 and clean.”

“Very nice hotel, at the city centre, close to all the sightseeing points. Ravenna is a very beautiful town. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return.”

“Room was great. Check-in communication was a bit chaotic and stressful but got sorted. Breakfast was fantastic. Laundry area was in a dingy basement and unfortunately cold wash wrecked a shirt with heat melting logo. Was walkable from train and to shopping and restaurants.”
