Die Ausstattung ist etwas dürftig, das Bad hat eine Grundüberholung sehr nötig. Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt, zumal die Lage sehr gut ist. Vielleicht sollte man erwähnen, daß der Balkon kaum Sonne hat (abends für 1 Stunde), aber die Aussicht auf die Förde ist super!

Sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf die Förde. Zwei Bäcker und ein Rossmann direkt um die Ecke. Zum Bus/Fähre 10 min. Die Ausstattung ist teils in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche eng und hoher Einstieg. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen schwierig. Balkon etwas klein,aber da ich alleine war OK. Aufzug vorhanden. Mitarbeiter des Serviceteams sehr nett. Duschkopf war defekt. Austausch am Sonntag innerhalb von Stunden.

Die Unterkunft war gut, zentral gelegen, so wie wir es uns vorstellten. Besonders die Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf die Ostsee war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Dusche ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. In der Küche war alles was man benötigt hat. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub und wir werden garantiert wieder kommen.

Laboe ist zu dieser Jahreszeit ein angenehm ruhiger Ort. Da kann man mal die Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Wohnung war sauber bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten auch absolut in Ordnung. Genial ist die Aussicht von dem Balkon auf das Wasser.

Schöne Aussicht mit kleinen Fehlern

Die Ferienwohnung ist fast optimal ausgestattet. Sie gewinnt durch den Ausblick auf die Kieler Förde, hier gibt es immer etwas zu sehen. Der größte Nachteil dieser Wohnung ist der Fahrradschuppen. Übervoll mit alten ungenutzten Rädern der Hausbewohner, fast kein Platz für die Räder der Feriengäste. Hier müsste mal gründlich ausgerümpelt werden. Da aber nicht alle Wohnungen im Hause Ferienwohnungen sind, dürfte das Ausräumen nur mit den Hausbewohnern erfolgen. Ein weitere Nachteil war der Wasserhahn in der Küche, welcher sich nur mit großer Kraftanstrengung zu drehen ließ, um ständiges Tropfen zu vermeiden. Reparatur hier dringend angeraten. Ein weiterer Schwachpunkt war die Elektrik im Bad. Mehrfach gab es nur in diesem Stromkreis einen Kurzschluss, obwohl nur das Licht an war und eine elektrische Zahnbürste geladen wurde. Ursache des Kurzschlusses unbekannt?? Optisch unschön präsentierte sich die "Medienwand", vermutlich eine Art "Eigenbau. Nach vorne geneigte Ablagefläche!

toller Blick auf die Kieler Förde

Wohnung in gutem Zustand. Leider wird kein WLan vom Vermieter angeboten (entgegen der Beschreibung der Wohnung). Heizung im Bad fehlt (gerade in der kühleren Jahrenszeit notwendig; elektr. Speicher im WoZi kann das Bad nicht erwärmen),Sessel hat einen Verschmutzungsgrad im Kopfbereich erreicht, der eine gründliche Polsterreinigung erfordert, Fenster müssen geölt/gefettet werden, da diese schwer zu öffnen sind.
