「Unknown to us, Punta Leona and Playa Blanca are inaccessible unless you are staying within the private area. The view from the condo was stunning, and it was just as described in the listing. I will note that I would recommend bringing groceries with you, as the road out of the area is about 15 minutes (and who would want to leave once you arrive?). Herve was extremely thorough with directions to the place (it would be hard with the detail) and was very responsive throughout the process. 」

「Great view, fantastic pool and hot tub, best place in Costa Rica IS Los Sueños!!!」

「We stayed at this home for two nights to be closer to the airport before flying out of San José, and it was just what we needed. The property manager was fantastic—very responsive and communicative every step of the way. The location was ideal, only about 20–25 minutes from the airport, which made travel day so much easier.We really enjoyed the pool and the lush, tropical grounds—it was a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind. The house itself worked well for our short stay. If I had to offer any...

「Lovely stay. All the reviews are accurate and not much more we can add. Truly the place is a private paradise - the outdoor shower and wildlife and the cloud forest just beyond. Those were some of the highlights for us. Easy to contact owners and they had a number of good suggestions of day trips. Highly recommend!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed Diana's Atenas home. Leticia and Darwin were wonderful resources and became friends. It was such a joy to sit on the verandas, enjoy a cool drink and soak in the fabulous views. Leticia was welcoming and a source for all things wonderful. Darwin was very attentive and made sure everything was always right with the home and surrounding areas. 」

「I am giving this 5 stars because the hosts were amazing and the view was phenomenal; however there are some things to note. The showers have lukewarm water (although every sink has hot water). This was very disappointing after being out on the beach and hiking all day as all we wanted was a hot shower. The water pressure was not great in the showers. There is also only one TV in the living room and it has a line through it but not that noticeable. We tried to connect to it with our iPad as it’s...

「Great place, plenty of room , decks and view abound, helpful staff and owner, everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Wildlife out your back door, pool a great touch to cool down but beach close and waves fun. Rent a golf cart and easy travel. Herradura close great food store. Though small one close by. Pickleball courts in Jaco, easy and friendly. National parks close, 10 good beaches on property and within 30-35 min. Will find our way back again. 」
