"This was an amazingly perfect place to stay! We loved the walk down to the beach, which was covered in sand dollars and purple shells. The bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was easy to find. It was a very well-thought out little cottage, and will will happily stay here again in the future."

"The property was very accessible and fit 4 adults quite well. It was nice and warm with the heater on and beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was the wood stove. The wind was blowing the smoke back into the bus. Maybe a rotating exhaust shield on the exterior top counteract the wind. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We stayed at this cozy beach house while waiting for our new house to close. Our kids (3 & 7) loved the little playset and the beach and spent most of the week outside. It was great! Communication with the host when a concern popped up was excellent and they promptly responded and handled the situation. We really enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. If you want to relax and get away for a bit, this is the spot for you!"

We did accidently park in the wrong spot on the first day and the long term tenant next door pounded on our door at 1am to get us to move. Other than that it was a great stay."

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"The Host (Matt) decorated the space for our holiday family getaway, adding to our experience. We wanted for nothing in supplies and cooking utensils. Matt was exceptionally responsive to our questions."

"Home was comfortable with lots of room to visit and kids to play, close to shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved staying here. 3 brothers and their families and everyone had room. It was perfect.
