“Lousy breakfast”

“Really need to revise the description of the property. It’s listed as “2 queen beds”. There’s ONE queen bed, and a Murphy bed that requires a separate request of the host to prepare. It’s misleading. The property is listed as “breakfast included”, but there’s only cold cereal and a pint of milk. That’s all. No toast, nuthin else. cereal and a pint of 2%.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Really, really nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The only problem was the location - it's not far from downtown but you kind of have to cross a freeway to get there. However, there is a lovely and very walkable park just down the road. So all in all, A+ all the way!”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“Charming little rustic hotel that was refurbished by the current owners. They're very accommodating and you can tell they care about providing a good experience. Room was small but not cramped, though larger rooms with more amenities are available as well. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little nervous about the shared bathroom arrangements for the smaller room but they were kept clean and always seemed to be available. No ac in my room could be a concern if it's……

“The room was very comfortable and quiet. We had the buffet breakfast each day and it was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room appeared to be recently renovated and there appeared to be ongoing work on the property—hopefully this will address the lobby which was clean but the furniture and carpet was worn and in need of replacement.”
