On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 70 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cosy lounge area, two bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.
Amenities include a laundry room, large-screen TV, landline telephone, internet connection, and many household appliances: American fridge, microwave, mini oven, convection oven, capsule coffee maker, fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and a gas barbecue. You may also taste the fruits from the many fruit trees in the garden. The house is heated by a central system and a wood-burning insert, ensuring optimal comfort in all seasons.
