Located in a charming village in northern Aveyron at 765 metres altitude, this characterful 150 m² house, designed to accommodate up to 8 people, invites you to relax on a 1300 m² wooded and fenced plot, offering privacy and tranquillity.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 70 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cosy lounge area, two bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.



Amenities include a laundry room, large-screen TV, landline telephone, internet connection, and many household appliances: American fridge, microwave, mini oven, convection oven, capsule coffee maker, fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.



Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and a gas barbecue. You may also taste the fruits from the many fruit trees in the garden. The house is heated by a central system and a wood-burning insert, ensuring optimal comfort in all seasons.



Lacroix-Barrez, nestled in northern Aveyron, is a picturesque village offering breathtaking views of the Truyère gorges and the Aubrac plateau.
